Reasons why people Love Summers!!

Hair gets better, Skin gets darker, Water gets warmer, Drinks get colder, Music gets louder, Nights get longer and LIFE GETS BETTER 

Summers- that time of the year when the sun shines at its best, beaches look more pristine, children magnify the beauty of parks with their laughters, the days are zingy and nature looks at its best. Yes, we love summer! Though winters have some most lively festivals like- Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc., but leaving that, summers bring you more fun and merriment.

Some winter lovers do ask questions like, what makes this season our favorite, why we love it and what is so enticing about getting tanned lying under the brimming sun? So here’s the list why we all just adore the sun season.

1. Minimal Clothing

Who likes to be saddled under the layers of woolens? Obviously not people who love the sun. Bright colors, floral prints, sun glasses, light fabrics, colorful flip flops…Ahh!! Summer makes you feel so lively. The best part of enjoying summers is you don’t have to roam around taking heavy winter wear. For travelers it is an ideal season as they don’t have to pack 4-5 bags of clothes, just a bag with necessities and you are all set for a memorable journey.

2. Yippee No School, No Homework

Eh…. SCHOOL! Though we all miss our school days and memories we collected during our school life, but schools do terrorize students with lots and lots of homework and tasks. Summer is that season, which saves us from all this. Yes, schools burden little kids with loads of summer homework, but we still prefer our summer holidays over school days. This is the time when kids get to visit relatives, explore new destinations and enjoy vacations, which works as a rejuvenating period for them.

3. Staying Healthy and Fit is the New Trend

Have you ever spared a moment and thought about the health benefits that rising temperature brings along with it? This soaring sun, helps to regulate our bodily processes in a much better way.  Problems like- heart attacks, DVT risk, migraine, diabetes, etc. rarely happen to people during summers. While, eating lots of fruits and drinking plentiful of water helps us to detoxify our body and get rid of the skin and liver problems.

4. Picnic Season:

During winters we hardly plan out a soothing day out with kids for a picnic, as health issues of getting cold and flu always bother us. But, in summers going out and relaxing at the beach, garden, mountains or wherever you want to enjoy some family time together is always the best time.

5. Outdoor Exercise Activities.
Staying at home all day long wrapped up under a quilt, do you imagine your holiday like this? If yes, then sorry, you are missing out something really important in your life. Winters usually imprison us in our house, but summers is the season when you can undergo the best of adventurous activities like – boating, swimming, biking, hiking, roller blading, tennis etc.

6. Rooftop Parties:

Refreshing drinks like- punches, shakes and Pimm’s cups, are  served during summers, while having them on the rooftop with mesmerizing view and under the canopy of glittering stars add-on to the taste of such drinks. Even beer tastes much better when served chilled and at outdoor garden with worth viewing sights.
